PHOTO/VIDEO NOTICE
At Ascend Church and Ascend Academy, we value the way in which photos, videos, and other media can help our church community grow and communicate the Gospel. Photos and videos tell our story, as well as providing visitors information and giving them an idea of what to expect when they attend our services or events. They can also highlight the work of those who serve while allowing us to communicate our mission as a church for people who do not attend the church or Academy via live stream, website, or other digital and print media.
Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming and other recordings may be in progress at Ascend Church services, Academy classes, ministry activities, programs and other events. Ascend Church and Academy may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the ministry, including but not limited to bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters and other printed or digital materials (e.g., Ascend Church and Academy website, social media posts, etc).
By participating in Ascend Church services, Academy classes, ministry activities, programs and events:
(1) you consent to be photographed, videographer, or otherwise recorded;
(2) you grant your permission for Ascend Church and Academy to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice or statements, without compensation, credit or other consideration to you for Ascend Church and Academy publicity and other purposes, throughout the world and in perpetuity;
(3) you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Ascend Church and Academy from any and all liabilities and claims involving the use of your image, likeness, voice or statements.
